This policy describes the free version, VIP membership benefits, billing models, auto-renewal behavior, trial handling, cancellation steps, and refund guidance.
1. Free vs. Paid Services
Free version
The App is free to download and use. The free version is supported by advertisements via Google AdMob.
Users can access basic playback features but may encounter banner, interstitial, or rewarded video ads during usage.
VIP membership
VIP unlocks the full potential of the App and provides an ad-free experience.
- Ad-free experience: Removes banner, interstitial, and video advertisements.
- Unlimited cloud sync: Unrestricted access to Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Baidu Netdisk.
- Priority support: Faster response times for technical inquiries.
2. Pricing Models
We offer flexible purchasing options processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.
| Plan | Details |
|---|---|
| Monthly subscription | A recurring payment charged every month. |
| Yearly subscription | A recurring payment charged every year, usually at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. |
| Lifetime license | A one-time upfront payment. This non-consumable product grants permanent access to VIP features on the account used for purchase. |
3. Payment Processing & Security
- We do not store payment data: CloudMediaPlayer 2025 does not collect, transmit, or store your credit card details or banking information.
- Google Play handling: All transactions are processed securely by Google Play, and your payment relationship is directly with Google.
4. Automatic Renewal
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.
- Management: You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play Store account settings after purchase.
5. Free Trials
We may offer a free trial period for new users, such as 3 days or 3 months, as specified in the offer.
- If you do not cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it expires, it automatically converts into a paid subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Cancellation Policy

7. Refund Policy
Since all payments are handled by Google, we adhere to Google Play's refund policies.
- Within 48 hours: You may be able to request a refund directly through the Google Play website.
